The cloud adoption journey
The Cloud Adoption Framework is a set of guidelines designed to support us in implementing the business strategies and technologies necessary for this organization to make it easier for customers to successfully implement or migrate data to the cloud.
We demonstrate best practices, following with the main documentation to support the conduct and delivery of projects.
We identify the motivations
We understand your business’s motivations for adopting cloud computing, such as economy, management and scalability.
We develop the migration strategy
We use a variety of cloud migration and modernization strategies to meet your business needs.
Project start
We seek to align all deliverables, deadlines and expected results and better understand the needs of the business. We create deliverables according to the hybrid agile and project management methodology.
We design the architecture
We elaborate and detail the architecture using best practices to build the solution.
We review the solution
We review and adjust the architecture of the solution with the team involved in the project, prioritizing the items selected for the sprint.
We request the acceptance
We meet with the client to present and accept the architecture.
We allocate professionals
According to the skills and technologies necessary for the execution of the project, the appropriate professionals who will work on the project in the execution of the activities foreseen in the sprints are allocated or hired.
We plan the sprint
The Project Manager, together with the necessary technical team (architects, infrastructure and DevOps), establish in Azure DevOps the necessary requirements for construction, development and delivery of the project, following the hybrid agile and project methodology.
We build the solution
The project is structured in Azure DevOps. The construction of what was detailed is carried out and we use the best practices defined by Microsoft.
We demonstrate the product
We demonstrate the product increment to the customer. In addition, a retrospective meeting is held in order to raise improvements and things learned.
We validate and test
We validate and test the solution in the homologation environment and send the documentation of the tests performed.
We generate the reports
We provide reports of the checks carried out and the status, in order to obtain higher quality in the delivery
We implement the project
We carry out the implementation of the project using the established standard and align the tasks to be performed with the client.
We follow the migration guide
We follow the cloud migration guide to make deliveries more efficient.
We prepare the documentation
We prepare documentation for knowledge transfer and operation maintenance.
We request the acceptance
We issue a term of acceptance to formalize the delivery and collect signatures from customers.
We monitor the environment
We monitor and support the customer’s environment when applicable, running incident and problem management flows. We analyze data to identify the biggest stressors of the Operation for adjustments and continuous improvement.
We create the reports
We generate project closing reports, with project and financial information, with data on what has been accomplished and with new business opportunities that are identified.
